WORKOUTS
Our workouts are flexible and can be done anywhere, any time - no equipment needed. We believe that to maintain a healthy lifestyle you need a plan that suits your schedule. Our 30 minutes on the go workouts guarantee results in less time where ever life may take you. 
COACHING
Guidance is key. We offer coaching packages which allows us the opportunity to keep on top of your progress, adjust your plan where you need it most and accommodate your needs and goals on an ongoing basis. We do weekly check-ins and monthly assessments to help you stay on track.
CLASSES
All our packages include instructor led classes. The atmosphere is energetic, the group is fun, and the instructors are professionals dedicated to ensuring that you get the most out of every session, doing exercises with correct form and pushing you to reach your maximum potential.

BEGINNERS

SETTING SMART GOALS WITH THE TOOLS YOU NEED TO REACH THEM
If you're looking to get in shape, improve your fitness, eat healthy and stay active but have NO IDEA where to start (like so many others), then this is the program for you. 
 
4 WEEK BEGINNERS PLAN
Starting out can be hard, we understand. That's why we take out the guess work for you. We are trained in assisting our clients in taking the first steps. We walk with you through the goal setting, meal planning and initial exercise phase.

We understand that you get to a point where you know your body so well, you know what you can eat, what you can't. You're not too bothered by setting goals, you just need a good workout. 
 
MONTH TO MONTH ONGOING WORKOUTS
Gyms get boring, New Year's resolutions fail and the doing it yourself thing just doesn't plan out. If you're looking for instructor led, energy pumping workouts that hit your body head to toe every week in an environment where giving up just isn't an option, this is your solution. The class environment pushes you to do your best and zone in on your workout. Nothing is more motivating than that moment where you're ready to give up... you look to your left, you look to your right, how can you possibly stop when your team mates are doing their all to give their all.
